BMC Files an FIR against Kapil Sharma, Irrfan Khan

Oshiwara police station has registered a case u/s 53(7) MRTP Act on complaint of Abhay Dinkar Jagtap (39 years) Sub - Engineer BMC P / South ward Mumbai against Kapil Sharma, owner of flat on 9th floor in building DLH ENCLAVE CTS No. 1A/1/B/2 Goregaon Village, Oshiwara, New Link Road.
A similar complaint has been filed against Irrfan Khan who resides on the 5th floor of the same building.
Both actors have allegedly made blatant violations in their homes which the BMC has strongly objected against. Clearly, they din't take any permission from the BMC before carrying out their whims and fancies. SpotboyE.com has it that the BMC had sent a letter to both the parties, warning them about the same, but Kapil and Irrfan apparently did not pay any heed.
